Digital Dialogue Day

What if you decide … to get involved

The Digital Dialogue Day on Friday, 1 April 2022, 10 am to 4 pm, marked the start of an extensive digital educational programme, titled What if you decide ... , which accompanies the Biennale für aktuelle Fotografie. The Digital Dialogue Day invited all interested parties to join an online conversation with curator Iris Sikking as well as with artists and collaboration partners of the Biennale. The virtual tours of the six exhibitions of the Biennale 2022 served as a starting point for the exchange in the digital space.

The programme for the Digital Dialogue Day on 1 April:

10 to 10.45 am: introduction
tour through the exhibition Contested Landscapes (Kunsthalle Mannheim) with Iris Sikking
tour through the exhibition Narratives of Resistance (ZEPHYR) with Iris Sikking and Diwas Raja Kc (Nepal Picture Library)

11 to 11.45 am: Instagram Live tour through the exhibition Collective Minds (PORT25) in collaboration with Deutsche Fotografische Akademie (DFA) with Simone Demandt (DFA), Boris Eldagsen (DFA) and Alexander Hagmann (dieMotive)

12 to 12.45 pm: tour through the exhibition Shaping Data (Wilhelm-Hack-Museum) with Iris Sikking and the collective Sara, Peter & Tobias

2 to 2.35 pm: tour through the exhibition Changing Ecosystems (Heidelberger Kunstverein) with Iris Sikking and artist Rohit Saha

3 to 3.35 pm: tour through the exhibition Bodies in (e)Motion (Kunstverein Ludwigshafen) with Iris Sikking and artists Gloria Oyarzabal and Felipe Romero Beltrán
